*The table covers 10 of the 16 providers in G2's Fall 2026 Grid Report for Cloud Consulting. Providers are listed alphabetically, and were selected for review volume, reviewer mix, and the presence of project-specific descriptions. Attribute scores use G2's 7-point scale and come from approved reviews in G2's Cloud Consulting category. Recommendation percentages show the share of reviewers who rate their likelihood to recommend at 9 or 10 on a 10-point scale. Project mix and buyer size come from written project descriptions. Themes reflect patterns across each provider's reviews, not individual comments.
Most providers in this table sit at or above the category averages of 6.68 for expertise, 6.66 for quality of work, 6.63 for responsiveness, and 6.66 for ease of doing business. Wipro and Tata Consultancy Services sit below them, and their reviewer base skews toward enterprise buyers. The differences show up in "What buyers should examine." Project scope, review recency, and billing and coordination practices are where reviewers most often report friction.

Buyers rarely search for "a cloud consulting partner" in general. They search for help with a specific situation, such as a Salesforce cleanup, a hosting move, a security contract, or an AI feature. Engagement length matters too. 37% of reviewers describe ongoing relationships, 33% describe engagements of 3 to 12 months, 17% describe engagements under 3 months, and 13% describe engagements over 12 months.
The table below matches common project types with the providers whose reviews describe that work. Project types appear in this order: security (12% of project descriptions), customer relationship management (CRM) and Salesforce (11%), training (9%), hosting and finance systems (8% each), and the remaining types at 6% to 7% each.

*The "Evidence depth" column shows how often G2 reviewers describe partner work on each technology or platform. It doesn't measure a provider's overall capability. 'Moderate' means the work appears in three or more G2 reviews across at least two providers. 'Limited' means it appears in one or two reviews, or in reviews of only one provider. Reviews that mention a platform only in a general list of services were not counted. Provider lists show providers named in the reviews.
The migration table shows which environments reviewers have moved off. Use it to see where evidence exists and where you'll need to ask for references.
| Moving from | What reviewers describe | Providers mentioned in reviews | Evidence depth |
| On-premises servers or data centers | Moving servers and DNS services off-site, a local data center to AWS, an on-premises application to the cloud, and on-premises integrations to a cloud integration service. | Navisite Services, CompuData, OneNeck IT Solutions, UpTeam, Hitachi Solutions, BigData, Wipro | Moderate |
| Legacy applications and systems | Modernizing legacy systems, replacing outdated systems with a cloud-based platform, integrating legacy systems with cloud platforms, and replacing a mainframe. | UST Global, tkxel, Coastal, Wipro, Euristiq, Plative, Dunn Solutions, IBM Lab Services, CLD Partners, CSI | Moderate |
| Salesforce Classic | Upgrading to Salesforce Lightning, including an org migration completed on a tight deadline. Six reviews, all for Coastal. | Coastal | Limited |
| AWS EKS | Moving from AWS EKS to bare-metal Kubernetes without downtime. One review from 2026. | Simform | Limited |
*The "Evidence depth" column shows how much G2 review evidence exists for migrations from each environment. It doesn't measure a provider's overall migration capability. Moderate means three or more G2 reviews across at least two providers describe that migration. Limited means one or two reviews, or reviews of only one provider.
Reviews don't mention Broadcom, sovereign cloud requirements, data residency, SOC 2, identity and access management, landing zones, FinOps, Databricks, or Teradata. VMware appears in one review. For projects built around these topics, ask each provider for a customer reference with a comparable scope, because G2 review evidence can't confirm experience.
Shortlisting cloud consulting providers? These answers can help you assess their fit for your project.
Coastal is the closest G2 review-backed match. Reviewers describe moving to Coastal after working with earlier vendors, then cleaning up lead-to-sale pipelines and automation across Pardot and Marketing Cloud. Coalescence Cloud Consulting also appears for a Salesforce rebuild alongside a Certinia implementation, although the evidence for that work is limited.
Buyers should ask how each partner audits an inherited org before quoting, tests automation changes before release, and protects sales-team access and reporting while cleanup is underway.
Coastal is the closest match. It accounts for 16 of the 19 nonprofit project descriptions in the category, and reviewers describe constituent and membership databases built on Salesforce, custom training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Its "stayed within budget" score averages 6.85 out of 7 (87% top score), against a category average of 6.59 (71%). Reviewers who list downsides mention total project cost and U.S.-based staffing rates. Armanino, CommunityForce, Inc., and Plative each appear in one nonprofit project description.
Trigma is the closest match. Reviewers from 2024 to 2026 describe AI features it built, including a market-insights console for wealth managers, mentor matching, a personalized learning assistant, an applicant tracking system with automated screening, and visual search for e-commerce. Shaligram Infotech and tkxel also appear, with reviewers describing an AI pipeline and document routing (Shaligram Infotech) and an AI agent for internal knowledge access and AI strategy work (tkxel). Adastra and Euristiq each appear in reviews of a generative AI chatbot and AI integration in a fintech platform.
Buyers should ask who owns the code, who maintains the models after launch, and how the team will support the feature when the engagement ends.
IT Svit is the closest match. Reviewers describe building Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure from scratch, moving from manual deployments to an automated environment, and supporting small and new teams with development and operations (DevOps) work. Every rater gave IT Svit the highest score for expertise and quality of work, although its sample comprises 13 reviews, 9 of which date from 2023. Trigma, UST Global, Adastra, and Cloud Consulting Services also appear in DevOps reviews, covering deployment monitoring, Kubernetes microservices managed with Terraform, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Buyers should compare infrastructure-as-code practices, environment documentation, and who operates production after handover.
IBM Lab Services is the only provider with documented evidence. Reviewers describe QRadar, Guardium, and security information and event management (SIEM) work, including upgrades, integrations, and patches, alert tuning, and consolidating the SIEM tools of five companies into one. Cognos appears in reviews describing dashboards, reports, and the support needed to read them. 91% of its 111 reviewers are in Latin America, including Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil, and 59% work in banking or financial services.
Reviewers describe in-person training and ongoing in-person support. Others note that specific migrations ran remotely. Reviewers who list downsides mention service cost, response times, and scheduling specialists. Buyers should confirm on-site availability, language coverage, named specialists, and scheduling lead times in the statement of work (SOW).
G2 reviews tie legacy modernization to banking or financial services for tkxel, Wipro, Plative, and CSI, each with a small number of reviews. For enterprise modernization more broadly, UST Global has the most reviews (all from 2026), followed by tkxel, Coastal, and Wipro. Reviewers of UST Global, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro cite onshore-offshore handoffs, escalations, and resource rotation as areas for improvement. Buyers should ask for banking references, the onshore-to-offshore staffing split, and a phased cutover plan with fixed milestones.
Navisite Services and OneNeck IT Solutions have the most documented evidence of hosting, followed by Cortavo and Magna5. Reviewers describe moving servers and services off-premises, maintaining redundant infrastructure, using disaster recovery test servers, ensuring uptime, and performing regular backup testing. Cortavo and Magna5 reviews date from 2022 to 2026 and describe managed backup, monitoring, and business continuity coverage. Buyers should compare S/4HANA Public Cloud references, integration with the parent ERP, local extensibility, and the ability to launch subsidiaries without waiting for changes to the global template.
Corporate Technologies LLC, Cortavo, and Magna5 have the most evidence of managed IT. Reviewers describe help desk and on-site support, and Corporate Technologies LLC reviewers include a hospital. Healthcare evidence is limited to two Corporate Technologies LLC reviews. Reviewers who list downsides mention variable response times, tickets that need follow-up, and inconsistent tier-1 support, particularly during software rollouts.
Buyers should ask for the names of senior technicians, response-time commitments by ticket priority, and details on how multi-site dispatch works.
Coastal and CLD Partners have the clearest documentation and evidence of training. Documentation averages 6.79 out of 7 for Coastal (83% top score) and 6.67 for CLD Partners (78%), against a category average of 6.51 (71%). Reviewers describe custom training, knowledge transfer to internal IT teams, and training that begins in the design phase. IBM Lab Services reviewers describe knowledge transfer that let teams administer tools independently, and some ask for clearer product documentation. Reviewers of UST Global and Adastra mention documentation handoffs and post-implementation training as areas to improve.
Buyers should write documentation, training sessions, and the handover timeline into the SOW.
Spaulding Ridge is the closest match. Reviewers describe a OneStream financial planning and analysis (FP&A) implementation with guidance after go-live, along with Anaplan work on budgeting, workforce planning, and incentive compensation. OneStream and Anaplan appear in five reviews, all for Spaulding Ridge, so the evidence is Limited. Reviewers who list downsides mention discovery pace, scope growth, and gaps in administrator guides. Buyers should ask for OneStream references, a discovery timeline, and the process for pricing scope changes.
G2 reviews don't compare provider pricing, but they do show how reviewers rate budget and scope control. "Stayed within budget" averages 6.85 out of 7 for Coastal (87% top score) and 6.86 for CLD Partners (86%), against a category average of 6.59 (71%). Scope management averages 6.97 for Coastal and 6.89 for CLD Partners, against 6.72 across the category. Algoworks averages 6.33 for staying within budget (50% top score) and 6.62 for scope management (62%), from smaller samples. Buyers should ask for itemized billing, fixed-fee options, and a written change-order process.
EPC Group is the closest match, though the evidence is Limited. Its reviewers describe Power BI governance and security, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure SQL work. Beyond Key Systems and BigData reviewers describe Power BI for data analysis. Power BI and Tableau appear in seven reviews across six providers, and no provider has three or more. Buyers should ask for Power BI references for comparable data platforms, how source systems are integrated, and who trains staff to maintain the reports.
Ratings differ by provider. Among mid-market reviewers, expertise averages 6.94 for Coastal and 6.89 for Trigma, against 6.17 for Wipro and 6.00 for Tata Consultancy Services. The mid-market category average is 6.71. Across all reviewers, 98% of Coastal and 96% of Trigma reviewers rate their likelihood to recommend at 9 or 10, against 37% for Wipro and 59% for Tata Consultancy Services. The category figure is 85%, and IBM Lab Services, another large provider, is at 86%.
Wipro and Tata Consultancy Services have small mid-market samples (6 and 4 ratings), and their reviewers lean toward enterprise buyers (57% and 63%). Coastal's and Trigma's reviews center on Salesforce and application development, so these ratings do not show modernization experience. Buyers should ask each provider for a mid-market modernization reference.
IBM Lab Services is the closest match for financial services, since 59% of its reviewers work in banking or financial services. Reviewers describe QRadar and Guardium upgrades, integrations, alert tuning, and consolidating SIEM tools. CyberDuo reviewers, who include insurance and defense organizations, describe intrusion detection and prevention through a managed detection and response (MDR) agent and an initial security audit. Cortavo reviewers describe layered security monitoring with phishing protection and backup for smaller organizations. Buyers should confirm monitoring hours, escalation steps, and incident response scope in the contract.
Shaligram Infotech and Simform have the most direct small-business evidence on time zones. All five Shaligram Infotech reviewers are US-based small businesses, and they describe quick replies despite being in different time zones. Simform reviewers, mostly from small businesses, mention time zone constraints that sometimes complicate scheduling meetings and handling urgent matters. IT Svit and BlueGrid.io reviewers report working across time zones without issues.
Trigma has the most evidence of app development, with mobile apps, web apps, websites, or custom software in 19 of 26 descriptions, and responsiveness averaging 6.92 out of 7. However, 25 of its 26 reviewers are in India, so its reviews don't show how working-hour overlap works for clients in other regions. Buyers should ask each provider for overlap hours, a named project contact, and response-time commitments.
Start with the project you need done. The reviews show that fit shapes the experience. A Salesforce cleanup, a hosting move, an AI feature build, and a security tooling contract each point to a different set of providers.
Then look at the evidence behind each name. The reviews give you a clear read on how these firms operate: their communication, expertise, and ease of working with them. Also ask:
Finally, put the details in writing. Since engagements often run on an ongoing basis, the right partner is the one whose past work, support model, and billing practices match what you plan to run over the next few years.
